He helped my parents out on a truly horrible & very hot day when my Dad was having back problems and my Mom was very weak & exhausted from her dialysis treatment, followed by a doctor's appointment and a much needed trip to the grocery store when their van suddenly broke down. Called Tim and he was there in a flash with a friendly smile, kind heart and great service. He went above and beyond to help my parents out, he even hooked them up with a mechanic who was quick, helpful & caring like Tim. Tim even came all the way back to check on my Mom & me because she wasn't able to get up into the tow truck, he made sure we were ok and gave us an update. While we are not a 24‑hour towing company, we do provide service outside office hours, depending on driver availability. If you call after hours, we will assist as soon as a driver becomes available.
